General Requirements for Returns:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
• Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance.
• Returned items must be shipped back with 30 days from the date that the return has been authorized.
• All products must be returned with original labels affixed.
• Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
• Refunds will exclude return shipping, handling , and 15% restocking fees.

The following items are only returnable if they are in their un-opened and un-blemished original packaging:
